Returns: To return a product purchased from Audio Visual Security Ltd please contact us within 14 days from date of purchase either by phone on 01257 542350 or by emailing sales@audiovisualsecurity.co.uk. It will be your responsibility to return the item to our warehouse at your own cost. Once received and verified a credit will be issued within 7 days.
We are unable to accept returns of the following:
Products not in original packaging
Opened products
Broken security sealed products
Broken sealed computer software
Activated software
Opened Cables
If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately.
Faulty Products: If you feel your product is faulty please contact Audio Visual Security Ltd and discuss the issue with the technical team. If the product is believed to be faulty we will require the product serial number, and invoice number, then an RMA will be issued for the product to be returned for further testing or repair. Non-faulty products will be returned to you with an inspection and delivery fee.
